The EDGE Program is a structured 8-week performance system designed to help athletes ages 10–18 build elite speed, explosive movement, and unshakable confidence. Every session blends cutting-edge speed development training with our Mental Edge curriculum to strengthen focus, discipline, and resilience—on and off the field.
This program is perfect for athletes preparing for their next season, looking to elevate their speed, or wanting to develop strong foundational athletic habits.
Training Schedule & Availability
To provide focused coaching and individualized attention, The EDGE offers multiple training time slots each week.
Choose the days and times that work best for your athlete:
Monday & Wednesday
6:30 PM – 7:45 PM (Ages 10-13)
8:00 PM – 9:15 PM (Ages 14-18)
Tuesday & Thursday
7:00 PM – 8:15 PM (Ages 10-13)
8:15 PM – 9:15 PM (Ages 14-18)
